First Choice Ingredients is headquartered in the heart of dairyland, in Germantown, Wisconsin. Established in 1994, the FCI campus has now grown to three facilities and over 60,000 square feet of production and 20,000 of R&D space. This includes wet and dry production, a variety of application labs, warehousing, and an expanded tasting center.
Rishabh is a senior international business leader with over 20 years of experience across the Flavour & Fragrance and the Personal Care industries, and has lived and worked in India, the UK, Singapore, and Switzerland. Rishabh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across all facets of business and together with the team will spearhead the next phase in First Choice Ingredients' customer-focused growth journey.
Roger is the science behind the flavors at First Choice Ingredients. With decades of experience creating customized flavor profiles and a variety of products for Fortune 500 food companies, Roger is in charge of all research and development at FCI. Roger leads a team of food scientists, technologists and chemists in the lab and on the production floor, making sure all FCI products are in compliance and continue to meet the high standards established in 1994.
When it comes to creative flavor problem solving, Pam is known as one of the foremost experts in the dairy industry. As the former Director of Cheese and Dairy Development at the world’s largest flavor company, Pam brings over three decades of experience to FCI. Pam directs our Applications team and is constantly working to bring new and interesting product innovations to our customers.
Tom Atkinson has served as Chief Financial Officer for First Choice Ingredients since June of 2014. He has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of accounting, human resources, and financial management. Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from The Ohio University. In addition, Tom is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin. In his spare time, Tom enjoys traveling, reading and playing golf.
